CCN is looking for development professionals for challenging work in promotion of livelihood and strengthening Civil Society Organization. The project implementation teams – the “Community Coordination Team” ( CCT ), requires a professional touch who have been working since 15 years at grassroots and their works need to scale up to bring a change towards quality life among tribal community. Project Coordinator (PC): The role of Project Coordinator is to provide leadership, guidance and assurance of excellence to CCTs at implementation activities. Key functions of the position include (1) strategic and operational direction, (2) Resource Management ( 3) intra CCT collaboration and ( 4) partnership and network building among other stake holders. Salary: 1.80lakhs p.a, including PF, mediclaim and travel exp. Program Officer-(PO) : A professional with strong managerial skills, an excellent academic record and proven experience in designing and implementation programs will lead the program coordination unit and will lead research in areas growth and development of the programs. Salary: Rs.2.16 lakh p.a., including PF and travel allowances.
