Shri.
S. R. Sankaran
I.A.S (Retd.) is a former secretary, Rural Development, Government
of India. He has made significant contributions as member of the SC
and ST commission. One of his
major contributions to the development sector was the introduction
of the concept of Integrated Rural / Tribal development iniatives.
The establishment of Integrated Development Agency in Andhra Pradesh
[ITDA] and Integral Rural Development Programme in other states were
as per the above.
Vice-Chairman
Dr. P. D. K. Rao
is a nuclear physicist from USA. He has returned to India after a 11
years stint in USA. Afterwards, he has settled in Cheeprupalli as a
facilitator of the disadvantaged for the last 30 years. Presently he
is the Managing Trustee of SODHANA (a Trust) through which he works.
Also add the kind of work it does.

Prof. Ms. Shantha Sinha
is a Professor of Political Science at the University of Hyderabad and
a distinguished social worker in India in the fields of addressing the
issues of child labor. She is the founder member of M.V. Foundation,
Hyderabad, a renowned organization working on the issue of child
labor. She is an esteemed winner of the Magsasi award for child
rights. She is currently the convener of the Child Rights Commission,
Govt. of India.
Prof. (Dr) J. M. Naidu,
Head of Department of Anthropology, Andhra University, Visakhapatnam.
A distinguished academician and having keen interest and vast
experience in the Tribal Development sector.
Prof. (Dr) Ms. Neelam,
Jamia Milia University, New Delhi. 15 years teaching experience in
social work subject. Having a brief experience of working with CCN.
Mrs. N. V. Rama A
Post Graduate in Social Sciences from Tata Institute of Social
Sciences, (TISS), Mumbai, with the specialization of Medical and
Psychiatric Social Work. Has the experience of working with indigenous
people in CCN and Laya, Visakhapatnam and National Institute of Rural
Development, Hyderabad, at various capacities for more than a decade.
Presently she is the Programme Director coordinating networking,
resource mobilization, documentation, research and training.
Dr. Srinivas Rao
is a medical doctor by profession. He is greatly involved in the
service of the disadvantaged by providing medical services to the
needy.
Mr. Felix Kerketta
is a young
development professional, post graduated from Tata Institute of Social
Sciences (TISS), Mumbai with specialization in Urban and Rural
Community Development who had been working in tribal area, Laxmipuram
village of Munchingput Mandal for the period from 1985-1995 has vast
grass-root experience in organizing the tribal community, training
local tribal youth with organizing and technical skills and thereby
implementing grass-root people oriented and managed programs.
Mr. Narender Kande
is rural management professional with about two decades of experience
in managing and guiding large-scale development programs at DHAN
Foundation. One of the Founding members of DHAN Foundation, a renowned
development organization in India working in nine states and serving
about a million poor. Currently working as advisor for Sir Ratan Tata
Trust and other development organizations. He is also a Board member
of the Timeless Changes Foundation, USA and DHAN International,
Netherlands.
