Mr. Lakhi Deuri
He belongs to indigenous community from Assam (Northeastern India)
and a Post Graduate in Social Sciences from Tata Institute of
Social Sciences, (TISS), Mumbai, with the specialization of Urban
and Rural Community Development. He has the experience of living
with the tribal community in the village of Lakshmipuram, for a
decade and is associated with this work for the last 15 years. He
has immense experience in organizing the community and building
their leadership apart from designing and implementing various
development programs. He is the Executive Director of the
organization at present.
Mrs. N. V. Rama
A Post
Graduate in Social Sciences from Tata Institute of Social
Sciences, (TISS), Mumbai, with the specialization of Medical and
Psychiatric Social Work. Has the experience of working with
indigenous people in CCN and Laya, Visakhapatnam and National
Institute of Rural Development, Hyderabad, at various capacities
for more than a decade. Presently she is the Programme Director
coordinating networking, resource mobilization, documentation,
research and training.
Mr.
Chandra Kumar Deuri
Proffessional in Sustainable Development from Pondicherry
University. Has been with the organization for 2years as the
Project Coordinator and is based in the mandal headquarters.

Members
Senior Team
We have 9
senior members with 12-15 years of experience in CCN. Both of them
are tribals from the Munchingput mandal. Today they have reached a
stage, where they can lead the organization, if professionals
withdraw due to unforeseen conditions.
Junior Team
We have 35 members working in the junior team. They have a minimum
education of 10th standard and are all tribals. They have an
experience of 5 years in the development sector.
